Scuttlebutts LLC began in 2024 with a simple mission: to create more opportunities for emerging and growing artists in our community. What started as an idea quickly grew into something bigger through hosting multiple artist markets during the summer of 2025. These events sparked new inspiration and confirmed what had been clear all along—there are never enough spaces for the amount of creative talent that exists in Portland.
Finding the right direction took time, but the passion has always been the same: offering artists a place to start and a way to be seen. With experience, momentum, and community support, Scuttlebutts is now expanding into more events and more creator-focused spaces throughout Portland.
